Worried About Wood Destroying Insects
Wood destroying insects are a common issue found in most New Jersey homes. Insects like Subterranean Termites, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, and Powder Post Beetles can cause a tremendous amount of damage in a relatively short amount of time. Many times, the current homeowner is unaware of an infestation. Our home inspection package includes a WDI inspection report (NPMA-33 form). Typically, it is the seller’s responsibility to have the home treated and any affected wood to be replaced at the property owner’s expense. Do not let wood destroying insects cause stress and money at closing. Have your new home checked by 3D Property Inspection.
